Pro Staffing, a proud division of Pro Mechanical Services Co., is seeking skilled CNC Plasma or Laser Operators for a full‑time position at our local metal fabrication facility. The role involves bending, forming, and shaping various metals with CNC machinery. Candidates must have 4+ years of proven experience in this field. Immediate hire. Pay is $25–$28 per hour based on experience.
Responsibilities
Set up and operate a variety of CNC machines.
Bend, form, and shape various materials.
Position and align dies.
Operate forklifts and overhead crane.
Read and interpret drawings for each task.
Maintain a clean and organized work station.
Requirements
4+ years of experience operating CNC Plasma or Laser machines.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and use tape measure.
Proficiency with power tools and other equipment.
Capable of safely lifting and moving heavy objects by hand or with equipment.
Willing to work overtime if needed.
Must pass pre‑employment drug screen and background check.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $25–$28 per hour, based on experience.
Shift: 3rd shift available.
Work schedule: Monday‑Friday, 8–10 hours per day, with occasional Saturdays.
Overtime available.
Weekly pay.
Health insurance, vision, and dental after 90 days.
PTO offered during first 30 days.
