Position Summary In your role as a Process Technician you will be responsible for performing functions associated with all manufacturing and/or system operations, such as working with engineers and manufacturing in set‑up and calibration tasks, system support, preventative maintenance, failure analysis, documenting/following standard operating procedures, and performing rework and quality testing related to the process and production of memory chips and logic. You’ll use sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct inline adjustments to products, instruments, equipment, or processes. You’ll also determine and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process. Compliance with all health, safety and environmental management system guidelines is required.
Role And Responsibilities
Change Point Management (CPM)/System Maintenance: Follow standard operating procedures to ensure equipment/process/systems are running effectively.
Troubleshooting: Conduct failure analysis and follow scripts to troubleshoot and anticipate future failures.
Monitor Equipment/Process: Monitor equipment and processes in current state and proactively look for ways to improve processes.
Teamwork and Communication: Work well in a team environment and communicate effectively throughout the organization.
Skills And Qualifications
Associates degree or other technical certification. Experienced Pharmacy Tech, Dental Assistant or other medical technologist (external equivalent) or 4 years equivalent technical Military service.
Familiarity with SPC methods and implementation.
Experience with MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
Prior experience in continuous improvement in fast‑paced, changing environment.
Familiar with TPM concepts.
Ability to strictly adhere to SOPs.
Ability to work off‑hours if necessary.
Electro‑mechanical aptitude, basic understanding of hand tools, pneumatics, and electricity.
Day Shifts Include A Shift – Sunday through Tuesday (6:45am – 7:15pm) with alternating Wednesdays.
C Shift – Thursday through Saturday (6:45am – 7:15pm) with alternating Wednesdays.
