Overview
Shall be responsible for maintenance, inspection and installation of general maintenance carpenter duties as assigned. Completion of this work will assure a safe and pleasant environment for patients, visitors and staff.

Responsibilities
Performs general maintenance carpenter duties including, but not limited to, sign fabrication, general maintenance carpentry work and repairs
Performs fire door inspections and repairs
Hangs and finishes drywall.
Removes and hangs various objects.
Repairs, and rebuilding or changes to door hardware.
Furnishing repair, including but not limited to furniture, artwork frames, etc.
Qualifications Education:
High school graduate or equivalent required
Experience:
3 years of carpenter experience required
