About the Job:
The Aseptic Automation Technician will operate automated manufacturing equipment used to create products with a focus on patient safety and quality; they will ensure that equipment is operating appropriately to meet manufacturing demand.
Responsibilities
Operate and maintain automated filling equipment.
Perform set‑up, teardown, and cleaning of automated equipment.
Maintain cleanroom conditions by gowning, sanitation, and following cGMP procedures.
Ensure assigned equipment validation activities are up to date.
Assess equipment performance and assist in troubleshooting any challenges that arise.
Take inventory to identify components needed to fulfil production batches, as scheduled.
Coordinate and communicate with compounding and dispensing teams to obtain supplies needed to turn products, and communicate with both aseptic and post‑production teams.
Document batch records, log use, maintenance, and cleaning of all equipment, and cleaning logs appropriately.
Maintain gowning standards on a semi‑annual basis.
Perform initial and routine qualifications for equipment, including media fills, if required.
Follow standard operating procedures for the completion of assigned tasks.
Clock in and out for each scheduled shift in a timely manner.
