Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Machinist role based in Blue Ash, Cincinnati. The Machinist will be responsible for operating a variety of machines to manufacture high‑quality products. Day‑to‑day tasks include setting up and calibrating machinery, reading blueprints, performing precision measurements, and conducting quality control inspections to ensure products meet specific standards. The role also involves routine maintenance of equipment, identifying defects, and collaborating with team members to improve efficiency and output.
Qualifications
Proficiency in operating and maintaining CNC/Manual machines, lathes, and milling equipment.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
Strong skills in quality control, inspection, and precision measurement tools.
Knowledge of materials and processes used in polyimide composites manufacturing.
Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and adherence to safety protocols.
Previous machinist experience required; manufacturing or composites experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in machining is an asset.
Ability to work collaboratively and consistently in an on‑site team environment.
