Position Summary
Ashley Furniture seeks a skilled Welder Fabricator to create metal components and frames for our furniture manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding on furniture frames and metal components
Fabricate steel tubing and brackets for sofas, chairs, and recliners
Read blueprints and technical drawings
Inspect work for quality and structural integrity
Maintain welding equipment and follow safety protocols
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years welding/fabrication experience
Proficiency in MIG welding (required)
Ability to read blueprints
Steel tubing welding experience preferred
AWS welding certifications a plus
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Work Environment Climate‑controlled manufacturing facility with opportunities for overtime during peak production.
