About the Role Responsible for setup and maintenance of hydraulic presses used for powdered metal parts pressing operation. Must have metal shop experience and ensure parts meet quality specifications.
Responsibilities
Set up and maintain correct adjustments on several presses.
Ensure proper tools and dies are placed into the press.
Perform inspection of parts for cracks and chips.
Accomplish the setup in a timely manner.
Communicate changes/adjustments made in presses.
Wear steel‑toed boots and maintain safety standards.
Load and unload furnace, maintain and monitor belt speed, temperature, and dew points.
Qualifications
GED or high school diploma.
Must understand common dimensional references, fractions, and decimals.
Metal shop experience.
Work Hours 6:00 am – 4:30 pm, Monday‑Friday
