Position Summary Parker Hannifin Hydraulic Actuator Division in Enumclaw, WA is seeking an Advanced Machinist on 1st shift to set up and operate machining equipment.

Your Responsibilities
Makes setups on repeat jobs with existing programs.
Loads, unloads, deburrs and does all inspection of any run in the cell.
Moves offsets and performs simple editing on the control.
Does simple editing at the discretion of the supervisor.
Actively participates in High Performance Teams and company-sponsored training programs.
Completes additional duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or G.E.D
The ability to read, comprehend and follow verbal instructions is required in order to perform the duties described above.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Minimum three years’ experience as a CNC lathe, shapers, hobbers (and manual gear checking equipment), or mill operator or the equivalent. Ability to demonstrate this knowledge to the supervisor.
Previous experience in this field preferred but not required.
Physical Demands/Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to hear and speak. The employee must regularly stand, walk, sit and use hands to grasp and handle. The employee is occasionally required to lift up to 40 lbs. The employee will regularly bend, stoop, and stretch handling parts/objects in various situations. Specific vision requirements include close vision, ability to focus, and depth perception. This position may be exposed to oils, dirt, fumes and moving equipment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.

Competitive Compensation
Pay Range: $27.78/hr to $32.51/hr
Participation in Annual Incentive Program
