Sign‑on Bonus: $1,000
Position We are seeking Welders for a full‑time position at a local facility focusing on metal fabrication. Candidates must be able to fabricate according to prints and pass a weld test. Applicants must have 5+ years of proven experience in this field. Immediate hire. Pay is $25–$28 per hour based on experience and a weld test.
Schedule & Benefits
Shift: 3rd shift available
Pay: $25–$28 per hour based on previous experience
Health insurance, vision and dental available after 90 days of employment
PTO offered during first 30 days of employment
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8–10 hours per day and some Saturdays
Overtime available
Weekly pay
Requirements
5+ years of MIG welding experience
Pass a MIG pressure test
Set up your own machine
Use of power tools and other equipment
Ability to pass pre‑employment drug screen and background check
Willingness to work overtime if needed
Job Duties
MIG welding on various types of material
Set up machine based on each task
Use cutting tools and other related equipment
Operating forklifts and overhead crane (will be trained)
Read and interpret drawings
Keep work station clean and organized
