Machine Operator
Join AmesburyTruth as an Extrusion Machine Operator in Cannon Falls, MN. This role is responsible for performing changeovers, packing parts, and performing quality checks.
We have immediate openings for both 2nd and 3rd shift.
2nd Shift: 2:40 pm - 11:00 pm, Monday‑Friday.
3rd Shift: 10:40 pm - 7:00 am, Monday‑Friday.
Starting at up to $27.00/hour (including a $21.00 base rate plus $2.50 shift differential for 2nd shift and $3.00 shift differential for 3rd shift) with a $3 perfect‑attendance premium.
Now offering a $1,500 sign‑on bonus.

Position Purpose Performs changeovers, packs parts, and executes quality checks to produce quality profiles.
Essential Duties / Responsibilities
Follows all standard safety procedures outlined in the Awair Policy and uses all approved safety devices and equipment at all times.
Actively participates in the cell structure.
Reads and understands blueprints and job packages.
Completes paperwork accurately, completely and neatly.
Conducts a thorough quality check on all profiles and lengths according to the procedures.
Performs changeovers and adjustments to maintain a quality product.
Ensures changeovers are done correctly and as fast as possible.
Updates recipe cards, fills them out completely and records changes.
Ensures all tools are returned and accounted for.
Works in other departments as required.
Works in a team environment, helping others without being requested.
Takes direction from the Team Lead and communicates well with the Team Lead and others.
Trains and instructs other personnel, including seasonal support.
Completes TPM according to the TPM schedule.
Practices good housekeeping by sweeping the floor and general clean‑up.
Provides 1‑on‑1 direction of seasonal support.
May be required to perform other duties as needed.
Qualifications
Good attendance record.
Able to lift 50 lbs.
Ability to read and understand blueprints and job packages.
