Responsibilities
Service commercial refrigeration equipment and systems (walk‑in coolers, freezers, small self‑contained equipment, reach‑ins, etc.).
Responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
Test lines, components, and connections for leaks.
Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring.
Communicate with customers regarding status of repair or maintenance being performed or needed on equipment.
Order and install replacement parts as needed.
Qualifications
Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb a ladder, and work in any weather condition.
Universal EPA certification.
Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a pre‑employment background check and on‑site drug test.
Safely operate and maintain company‑provided vehicle.
Be available for after‑hours service to customers.
Provide top‑quality customer service.
Experience in a commercial HVAC setting, refrigeration equipment, ice machines, hot foods, and preventative maintenance (a bonus).
Must provide own tools such as basic hand tools, gauges, and power tools.
Company‑provided tools: ladders, vacuum pumps, re‑claimers, torch and tank for nitrogen, leak detector.
