Job Summary To enter and order new home selections for installation. Manage accounts to ensure that builder install schedules are met.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Entry of new selections

Order material for installs

Ensure billing is correct

Process change orders

Maintain files

Order job finishes

Perform other duties as assigned

Scheduling of installs

Enter service work orders

Schedule services with homeowners/builders

Qualifications And Requirements

Have earned a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience with RFMS software is a plus.

Possess and have demonstrated proficient computer experience in Microsoft Office.

Be able to multi-task and prioritize the duties required.

Exhibit effective oral and written communication skills.
