Service Tech's Major Responsibilities The production of safe spice / ingredient products while demonstrating the adherence of GMP policies and Food Safety Prerequisite Programs. Proficiently executes the various machine and production equipment operating procedure and understands all the testing procedures / quality inspections.
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for assuring adherence of line specific S.O.P.s
Execution of in Use Log
Basic Preventive Maintenance on Filling Line Equipment
Participation in execution and review of S.I.P. Audits
Communicate Production Manager on QA/QC related concerns.
Using BOM to pull the correct parts for each order.
Filling and operating the bottle unscrambler and cap machines
Execute proper documents when Food Safety or Quality Concerns are discovered
Make proper minor adjustments to support quality sachet production.
Performs proper sanitation on utensils, equipment and facilities utilized.
Complete FPIS and production records as needed.
Coach and develop others within the production team.
Qualifications Job Knowledge
Education – High School Diploma
Food work related experience
Machine operator experience
2 years of manufacturing
2 years of production experience
Skills
Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
2 yrs working with production machines.
Excellent Math Skills
Effective communication skills, written and verbal.
Ability to work without supervision
