Description
We are looking for a
reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individual
to join our team as a
Full-Time Facilities Maintenance Technician . In this essential role, you will help ensure our dealership remains clean, safe, and fully functional for both customers and staff. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has a proactive attitude, and can work efficiently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners as needed
Perform light maintenance duties and minor repairs throughout the facility
Identify and promptly report safety hazards, maintenance needs, or supply shortages to management
Maintain janitorial equipment and ensure cleaning supplies are stocked and in good working order
Refill restroom and breakroom supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels, etc.)
Assist with event setup, breakdown, and general cleanup as required
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in janitorial, custodial, or general maintenance preferred
Forklift certification is a plus
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and climbing
Strong attention to detail with good time management and organizational skills
Dependable transportation and consistent punctuality
Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
