How You’ll Contribute
Complete service requests, repairs, and warranty work as directed by supervisors and project managers.
Build strong relationships with facility teams and tenants through thoughtful, proactive communication.
Perform millwork installation, repair, and fabrication, including doors, frames, cabinets, paneling, furniture, hardware, and related carpentry tasks.
Review blueprints, sketches, and specifications to determine layout, dimensions, and required materials.
Strong knowledge of occupational hazards and the associated safety precautions, with the ability to identify hazards and enforce safe practices.
Ability to represent the company with professionalism, emotional intelligence, and a service-oriented mindset in time-sensitive and client-facing situations
Serve as a hospitable point of contact between internal teams and external partners.
Lead small projects and coordinate work with trade partners when needed.
Prepare estimates and, when required, gather bids from trade partners.
What You’ll Bring
Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial carpentry.
OSHA 10 certification.
Valid driver’s license.
Strong awareness of jobsite safety practices and the ability to follow all safety rules and PPE requirements.
Proficiency in project management and field software such as Procore and Outbuild.
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and standard carpentry equipment.
Ability to perform sustained physical work, including manual labor and repetitive movements.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and teammates.
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate next steps and manage tasks efficiently.
Comfort using a smartphone, iPad, computer, and basic technology tools.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-driven environment.

This is a union position covered under the Carpenters Local 231 agreement. Union benefits, including healthcare and pension, are provided in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement. Weekly pay + discretionary annual bonus provided.
