Join our team as an
Air Conditioning Installer , where you’ll play a key role in delivering high‑quality installations that meet customer expectations and company standards. In this hands‑on role, you’ll install a variety of air conditioning components—including evaporators, condensers, compressors, mount kits, and ducting systems—while ensuring every project is completed safely, efficiently, and with exceptional craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and organize all required parts, tools, and materials for each installation.
Complete installations that meet quality, safety, and cost standards while adhering to customer schedules.
Inspect completed work, troubleshoot issues, and ensure all systems perform to specification.
Charge air conditioning systems and verify proper operation.
Support special projects such as replacements, retrofits, remodels, and after‑sales service.
Perform preventive maintenance and follow manufacturer guidelines to keep equipment in top condition.
Maintain strict compliance with all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and cleanliness standards.
Communicate challenges or delays that may impact project completion or customer satisfaction.
Assist in training and cross‑training team members to support skill development.
Follow all company conduct rules and contribute to a positive work environment.
Use materials responsibly to reduce waste and prevent rework.
Complete required documentation, reports, and quality control tasks accurately and on time.
Build and maintain professional relationships with team members and customers.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in quality response processes.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Essential Skills & Experience
Experience in installation, assembly, or production environments.
Proficiency with electrical work and power tools.
Minimum of 2 years of assembly line or hands‑on assembly experience.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Skilled with hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic equipment.
Knowledge of automotive repair and parts.
Ability to follow detailed assembly instructions and work efficiently on a production line.
Additional Qualifications
Preferred experience in automotive or light mechanical repair.
At least 1 year of light automotive repair experience.
Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for extended periods (10+ hours).
Strong communication skills and ability to represent the company professionally.
Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft and Google applications).
Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
Willingness to travel, work overtime, and work weekends as needed.
Air conditioning installation experience is a plus.
