Machine Operator – Great for Entry Level
Shift Options:
4 x 10s, No rotating! Overtime as necessary
Day Shift:
Monday – Thursday 5am to 3pm
Night Shift:
Monday - Thursday 5pm – 3am
Wage:
$18 - $20/hr, based on experience. Night shift = +$2/hr shift differential
Summary:
Operate bag‑making machines with in‑line printing presses, ensuring product quality, consistency, and efficiency.
Monitor machines to meet production standards
Complete periodic quality checks and enter results into the system
Package finished products accurately and timely
Maintain a clean and organized work area
What You Need:
High school diploma or GED
Willingness to learn and grow
Manufacturing or flexographic printing experience helpful, but not required
Basic computer and safety knowledge
Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for most of the shift
Specialized Machine Operator – Experienced
Shift Options:
3x12s, No rotating, Weekend Crew! Overtime as necessary.
All training completed Monday – Thursday 5am – 3pm, roughly 6-8 weeks.
Day Shift:
Thursday – Saturday 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Night Shift:
Thursday – Saturday 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Wage:
$19 - $21/hr based on experience. Night Shift Differential: +$2/hour, Weekend Premium = work 36/paid 40
Summary:
Run specialized production lines operating on a unique 3-day, 12-hour weekend schedule.
Operate a select group of advanced bag‑making and printing machines to meet standards
Perform routine quality checks and complete digital reporting
Assist with print setup, light maintenance, and troubleshooting
Support team goals in a fast‑paced production environment
Keep your work area safe and clean
What You Need:
High school diploma or GED
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
1 – 3 years of Machine operating experience, printing knowledge and/or mechanical background
Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 12‑hour shifts
Basic computer skills and safety awareness
