What You’ll Do
Advanced diagnostics using OEM scan tools and modern diagnostic platforms
Electrical system troubleshooting
Mechanical repairs including brakes, suspension, engine performance, and drivability work
Following OEM procedures and documenting findings accurately
Collaborating with senior techs on complex repairs
Completing routine maintenance when needed to support shop flow
Participating in ongoing training and skill development
Maintaining a clean, organized, professional work environment
What We’re Looking For
Strong mechanical aptitude with a foundation in diagnostics or a desire to advance
Prior experience in an automotive shop or relevant technical coursework
Solid understanding of safety practices and shop standards
A team-first mentality and good communication skills
Commitment to growing within a dealership environment – we want techs who see this as a long-term career, not a temporary stop
