We are seeking an experienced Assembler to support the installation of parts and hardware on wafer fabrication equipment in a fast-paced, clean-room manufacturing environment. This role requires the ability to read computer-based work instructions, use hand tools and fixtures, and follow detailed procedures while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble wafer fabrication equipment using hand tools, torque wrenches, fixtures, and related equipment.
Navigate and follow detailed work instructions, schematics, and Cell Fusion procedures.
Verify part accuracy and perform visual inspections prior to installation.
Required Qualifications
Prior assembly or manufacturing experience, preferably in a clean-room or high-tech environment.
Proficiency using hand tools, torque wrenches, fixtures, and manual equipment.
Ability to read and interpret work instructions, schematics, and computer-based data systems.
Ability to manually lift up to 35 lbs and perform kneeling, crouching, squatting, and reaching tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Lean manufacturing environments.
Familiarity with wafer fabrication equipment assembly.
Continuous improvement mindset.
Location & Employment Type
Employment Type: 2-year contract, Eligible for Hire After 6 months
Day Shifts (End Days – $22/hr)
Shift 1: Sunday–Tuesday + Every Other Wednesday 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Shift 2: Thursday–Saturday + Every Other Wednesday 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Night Shifts (End Nights – $25.50/hr)
Shift 3: Sunday–Tuesday + Every Other Saturday 5:00 PM – 5:30 AM
Shift 4: Wednesday–Friday + Every Other Saturday 5:00 PM – 5:30 AM
Bi-Weekly pay and eligibility for standard benefits offered to contract employees.
