Position Summary This role supports our asphalt operations by hauling heavy equipment and performing hands-on construction labor on active job sites. The ideal candidate will hold a valid
Class A CDL , have experience transporting equipment, and be willing to work directly with the asphalt crew in a fast-paced field environment.
Key Responsibilities Transport Driver Duties
Safely haul heavy equipment such as dozers, rollers, pavers, and excavators to and from job sites.
Load and unload equipment efficiently and securely.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report issues.
Willingness to work Saturdays as needed.
Assist with site preparation, setup, and cleanup on asphalt job sites.
Perform manual labor including lifting, shoveling, raking, and material handling.
Support asphalt paving, patching, and repair operations under supervision.
Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment.
Assist with formwork, temporary structures, and traffic control as needed.
Operate basic hand and power tools safely.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Follow supervisor instructions and work collaboratively with the paving crew.
Perform other duties as needed to meet project goals.
Requirements Schedule Monday – Saturday
Pay Competitive pay, commensurate with experience.
