Four Seasons Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electric is seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Installer to fabricate, assemble, and install sheet metal components for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in both residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate has experience in the field, can read blueprints, and takes pride in precision work.
Pay Rate: $35.00-$45.00 h/r + Bonus & Commission opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Measure, cut, bend, and assemble sheet metal for ductwork and related HVAC components.
Install fabricated sheet metal in new construction and retrofit applications (residential & commercial).
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job specifications.
Operate hand tools, power tools, and sheet metal machinery safely and efficiently.
Ensure all work meets safety and building code requirements.
Collaborate with team members, contractors, and supervisors on job sites.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in sheet metal installation or HVAC ductwork preferred.
Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical diagrams.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various environments.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus (training can be provided).
