We are seeking a highly experienced, skilled, and detail-oriented Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in operating stamping presses, ensuring precision and quality in every project. Key Responsibilities

Operate stamping presses and related machinery safely and efficiently to produce high-quality parts.

Set up and adjust equipment according to specifications and production requirements.

Inspect finished products for defects and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on press equipment.

Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.

Maintain accurate production records and documentation.

Follow safety protocols and promote a safe working environment.

Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience as a stamping press operator or in a similar manufacturing role.

Strong understanding of press operation, setup, and maintenance.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills.

Good mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus.

Requirements

Proven experience operating industrial presses.

Mechanical knowledge related to machining, fabrication, tooling setup, welding, and materials handling.

Ability to use precision measuring instruments including calipers and micrometers for quality control purposes.

Experience with factory operations involving assembly lines, packaging processes, or warehouse activities is preferred.

Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to machining tolerances.

Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety standards in a manufacturing environment.

Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly desirable.
