Termite Pro (Termite Control Technician)

Responsibilities
Follow a daily assigned route within your territory.
Prepare and install services such as attic remediations, crawl‑space encapsulations, gutter protection systems, and radiant heat barriers.
Complete all required service‑related documentation.
Build trusted relationships and represent Orkin with pride.
Work in a variety of environments including rooftops, crawl spaces, attics, ladders, and confined spaces.
Operate a company vehicle safely.
Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Prioritize safety in every aspect of the job, including equipment use, work environments, and customer interactions.
Perform duties in all weather conditions.
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly pay of $18.00–$22.00.

Qualifications
No experience required – company will train you.
High school diploma or equivalent (required).
Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
Ability to work independently in the field, manage route‑based assignments, and interact with customers.
This position is open to all qualified applicants in accordance with applicable state and local laws.
Physical Requirements
Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.
Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc, including the ability to climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Wear personal protective equipment (PPE); may require an OSHA‑compliant respirator.
Willing to work in varying weather conditions.
