Second Shift HVAC Service Technician Work Hours:
Monday through Friday, 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm. Guaranteed 40 hours per week; some weeks may only require 20–30 hours depending on client needs.

Responsibilities
Perform maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial HVAC systems
Deliver a high‑quality customer experience in line with company standards
Provide technical feedback to the Service Manager regarding training needs, inventory, and pricing
Participate in utility programs and retrofit installations as needed
Qualifications
Positive attitude and commitment to professionalism
3+ years of HVAC service experience preferred
HVAC education or a strong mechanical background is preferred
Valid driver's license with a clean and insurable record
Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams
Experience with a variety of HVAC equipment and troubleshooting techniques
Strong decision‑making skills for repairs and replacements
Advanced customer service skills
Knowledge of sheet metal practices and air balancing techniques
NATE certification is a plus
Salary:
$28.00 – $42.00 per hour
