Position Overview Pinnacle Automotive has been in business since 2009, with a 9‑bay service facility. We are looking for technicians who want to work with others that are at the same professional level as themselves and that can provide high‑quality repairs on vehicles. We are a team that works together to serve our customers and fix cars right the first time.

Workplace Schedule & Benefits

5‑day work week (Monday thru Friday, closed weekends)

Flat rate up to $35‑60/hr (plus performance‑based bonus plan)

Signing bonus $3,000

Service advisors will help sell your work!

Pay Structure Flat rate. Pay varies based on ability and experience; high‑level technicians usually start at $70,000 per year, some making over $100,000 per year.

Qualifications & Experience General repair or dealership experience preferred. The ideal candidate is a skilled technician who feels respected, treated fairly, and cared for at their current job.
