Litigation Paralegal
Our client is seeking a detail‑oriented
Litigation Paralegal
to support attorneys in all phases of litigation. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience managing complex cases.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
Assist with discovery, including document review, production, and organization.
Prepare and maintain case files, calendars, and deadlines.
Coordinate depositions, hearings, and trial preparation.
Summarize depositions, medical records, and other evidence.
Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel as needed.
Manage e‑filing and ensure compliance with court rules and procedures.
Qualifications
Associate’s degree or Paralegal Certificate
required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2+ years of litigation experience
in a law firm or corporate legal department.
Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.
Strong knowledge of civil procedure and litigation processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Compensation
Competitive salary based on experience, ranging from $65,000 to $75,000.
