Paralegal (corporate & transactional law) We are actively seeking a dynamic, detail‑oriented, and experienced Permanent Paralegal with a focus on corporate and transactional law. The ideal candidate will have a passion for corporate law and be ready to take on a challenging role within our fast‑paced, high‑performing legal team. Minimum 5 years of experience in a corporate/securities paralegal role in a law firm or in‑house legal department is required, with proven success in mergers, acquisitions, debt/equity financing, and reorganizations.

Base pay range: $70,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr. Salary is commensurate with skills and experience.

Responsibilities

Assisting in the preparation, review, and filing of legal documents related to corporate transactions.

Conducting comprehensive legal research and due diligence, collecting, organizing, and reviewing corporate documents.

Managing case files and maintaining accurate, up‑to‑date case‑management records.

Utilizing legal software to streamline work processes and improve efficiency.

Collaborating with legal team members and other departments to ensure seamless execution of legal processes.

Preparing and maintaining virtual data rooms for transactional purposes.

Communicating effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders on case status and updates.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience as a corporate/securities paralegal in a law firm or in‑house legal department.

Proficient in legal research and documentation preparation.

Strong experience in managing corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, debt/equity financing, and reorganizations.

Proven track record in successful due diligence efforts.

Proficient in legal software and Microsoft Office suite.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Exceptional time‑management and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Preferred: A degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field.
