seeks an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of civil litigation experience, preferably within labor and employment, and demonstrated experience assisting in all aspects of trial preparation.

Base Pay Range $90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, subpoenas, and trial documents; prepare exhibits and motion appendices.

Support document review and production while tracking status and organization of case materials.

Handle case file preparation, review, and maintenance.

Assist with deposition, mediation, and trial preparation, and coordinate witness or expert interviews.

Manage e‑discovery processes and ensure compliance with firm standards; enter billing and expenses promptly.

Requirements

Must meet California Business & Professions Code §6450 requirements; bachelor’s degree preferred.

5+ years of civil litigation defense experience; Labor & Employment experience preferred but not required.

Strong understanding of litigation processes, including case management, document review, and trial preparation.

Familiarity with state and federal court rules, including e‑filing procedures.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), WestLaw, and billing systems.
