Position:
Personal Injury Paralegal (MULTIPLE openings)
Location:
St. Louis, MO (On‑site & Hybrid options)
Schedule:
Monday – Friday; standard hours of operation with flexible start/end times
Compensation:
$60,000 – $70,000 annual (Flexible upon experience)
Job Description
Open and maintain personal injury case files.
Organize and track case‑related documents, deadlines, and correspondence.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and answering inquiries.
Gather client information and maintain confidentiality.
Draft pleadings, discovery requests, settlement demands, and correspondence.
Prepare medical chronologies and summaries for attorney review.
Obtain and review medical records, bills, and accident reports.
Coordinate with investigators and experts as needed.
Communicate with insurance adjusters regarding claims and negotiations.
Assist in preparing settlement packages and disbursement statements.
File documents with courts and schedule hearings, depositions, and mediations.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience preferred, but not required.
Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures.
Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong interpersonal skills for client interaction.
Time management and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
