Senior Legal Account Executive | Connecting Legal Teams with Top Talent & Managed Review Support Position Summary

Beacon Hill Legal is supporting an Am Law 50 global law firm in hiring an experienced Trusts & Estates Paralegal for a long-term temp-to-hire role. The position handles a high-volume mix of probate administration, trust administration, and probate litigation. The ideal candidate has strong California probate experience, excellent drafting skills, and the ability to manage complex deadlines with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and file California probate court documents (petitions, pleadings, notices, and related filings)

Draft fiduciary accountings, trust administration documents, and estate/gift tax returns

Manage probate and trust administration matters from intake through final accounting

Support probate litigation (court filings, discovery prep, case organization)

Maintain docketing, calendaring, and high-volume workflows

Communicate with courts, trustees, fiduciaries, beneficiaries, and attorneys

Organize and maintain electronic case files

Required Qualifications

5+ years of California Trusts & Estates / Probate experience

Strong drafting skills with petitions, pleadings, accountings, and tax-related filings

Experience supporting probate litigation

Must meet California Paralegal requirements under Bus. & Prof. Code §6450

Location & Schedule

San Diego (Del Mar) or Los Angeles office

Onsite 4 days/week (exceptional candidates may be considered for 3 days onsite)

Open to reviewing fully remote California-based candidates (client discretion)

Compensation

Temp Pay: $47–$58/hr, DOE

Conversion Salary: Approximately $90K–$127K, DOE

Start & Duration

Start: ASAP (immediate need)

Duration: Long-term assignment with strong potential to convert to permanent

Seniority level: Mid‑Senior; Employment type: Contract; Job function: Legal.
