Description

About the Role — and About You

This isn’t a mindless admin job. This is a career-launching opportunity for someone who thrives in precision-driven environments and wants their work to actually matter. As our Entry-Level IP Legal Assistant, you’ll be trained on the systems and workflows that keep our patent and trademark practice sharp, fast, and reliable.

You’ll help manage filings, coordinate with attorneys and inventors, monitor deadlines, and keep our docket running like clockwork. In time, you’ll grow into a critical operations partner who keeps global IP filings clean, accurate, and ahead of schedule.

To succeed here, you’ll need to love the details — because they matter. You’ll need to move quickly, think clearly, and keep it together when things get busy. And you’ll need to enjoy solving problems, not just flagging them.

This is the right role for someone who:

Spots the typo before it ships

Finds it satisfying to organize, label, and systematize

Knows that communication is a skill, not just a task

Wants mentorship, real responsibility, and wellness that isn’t just lip service

Is curious about science, innovation, and how the patent world works

If you're energized by the idea of becoming really good at something, and you want a boutique team that will invest in your growth without draining your soul — welcome home.
