Job Details Our client is a plaintiff personal injury law firm in the Financial District. They handle cases such as motor vehicle accidents, premise liability, Labor Law, workers' compensation, product liability, and more. The firm is family‑run and committed to guiding accident victims through the litigation process.
The role is for a litigation support professional who assists with trial preparation and case organization. Responsibilities include:
Reviewing ongoing discovery and identifying when additional disclosures are required
Preparing supplemental exchanges when new information or records become available
Assembling all trial materials, including medical and trial‑related exchanges, organizing exhibits, and drafting demands, subpoenas, expert disclosures, and other filings
Reviewing and updating client medical records and ensuring they are current in the case management system
Coordinating with physicians and expert witnesses on scheduling and trial availability and requesting radiological or other materials needed for trial preparation
Providing status updates to attorneys and clients, arranging medical follow‑ups, obtaining updated reports, and preparing correspondence with third parties to support legal requests or resolve outstanding issues
