Floor Technician

Job Title: Floor Technician Schedule: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM Pay Rate: $12.50 per hour Job Summary: We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Floor Technician to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our facility. If you take pride in spotless floors, enjoy the satisfying hum of a scrubber, and can make dirt disappear like a magician, we want you on our team. Key Responsibilities: Operate floor care equipment such as auto-scrubbers, buffers, burnishers, and vacuums. Perform routine sweeping, mopping, waxing, and polishing of hard-surface floors. Shampoo, extract, and spot-clean carpets as needed. Maintain and clean floor equipment to ensure proper functioning. Safely handle and store cleaning chemicals according to company and OSHA standards. Inspect assigned areas for cleanliness and report maintenance or safety concerns. Work independently and as part of a team to meet cleaning schedules.
