Position Assembly/Finishing (Powder Coating) Team Member
Shift Third Shift | Enjoy a consistent overnight shift with Fridays and Saturdays off — perfect for night owls or anyone who values flexibility during daytime hours.
Pay NEW Starting Rate: $19/hr (base + shift diff). Plus Quarterly Bonuses — average $11,000 annually!

What You'll Do
Assemble, finish, and package beautiful, high-quality outdoor furniture
Operate machinery and hand tools
Read engineering drawings and maintain documentation
Work with a close-knit team to hit production goals
Keep our shop clean, safe, and organized

High School Diploma or GED
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
Basic computer and math skills
