Operate laser machines according to specifications and safety standards
Perform multiple job setups and teardowns daily while maintaining efficiency
Conduct quality inspections, including defect checks and dimensional verification
Use calibrated measuring instruments to ensure product accuracy
Maintain laser equipment and keep work areas clean and organized following 6S
Communicate job progress, questions, and concerns with the Production team
Perform additional related duties as assigned
Meet attendance, physical, and work environment requirements
Qualify with a high school diploma and 1–2 years of laser machine operation experience (setup experience a plus)
Demonstrate ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive hand motions, and lift up to 25 lbs
