Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Pay: $24 - $47 per hour (based on certifications, experience, and production).
Annual Earning Potential: $55,000 - $100,000+.
Production Expectation: 42.5 – 50 hours per week.

Responsibilities
Full‑time schedule: Monday – Friday 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
Advanced electrical diagnosis and repair.
Engine performance and major component replacement (timing belts, cylinder heads).
Transmission, driveline, clutch systems.
Steering, suspension, and advanced HVAC systems.
General maintenance and procedural look‑ups.
Logical, documented cause‑and‑effect methodology for all repair recommendations.
Effective communication with Service Advisors.
Hands‑on work with major automotive systems daily.
Qualifications
2 – 10+ years of professional, hands‑on automotive technician experience.
Valid Driver’s License.
Michigan State certifications – minimum 3 core competencies required; 8 strongly preferred.
ASE certifications preferred; continuing pursuit of additional ASE certifications expected.
Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment for advanced functions.
