Drive to multiple customers’ homes daily to diagnose and repair refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and microwaves. Deliver excellent customer experience that exceeds expectations consistently. Provide value‑added solutions that help make homes cleaner, more comfortable, and protected. Keep company truck well‑maintained and organized and help manage parts efficiently. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements
High school diploma or GED. EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification. Mechanical knowledge and aptitude, including use of testing and repair tools. Experience repairing and diagnosing a variety of home appliances preferred. Ability to follow directions and processes for quality workmanship. Comfortable using a smartphone for parts ordering. Successfully pass a background and drug screen. Valid driver’s license for the state(s) in which you work. Ability to travel up to 100% and work variable and flexible hours, including required overtime. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to read, write, and speak English. Physical ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 100 lbs and lift 20 lbs repeatedly. Ability to reach, bend, kneel, twist, turn, stoop, climb, and crawl as needed. Valid automatic transmission vehicle. Additional Information
