Job Overview
Owen Electric, established in 1986, is seeking an entry‑level Electrical Assembly Technician for our prefabrication shop. No prior electrical experience is required; a strong mechanical aptitude, reliability, and basic hand‑tool experience are desired. Successful candidates may be considered for an apprenticeship that includes on‑field training and classroom education.
Responsibilities
Assemble and prewire electrical components
Bend lighting and systems conduits
Work 8–10 hours a day in a production environment
Use power, hand tools, and conduit benders
Understand electrical materials and their uses
