Role: PCB Assembler – Largo, FL Company: Hubbell Gas Utility Solutions (HGUS) – Hubbell Incorporated Location: Largo, FL, 33773-3724 Date Posted: Dec 15, 2025 Position type: Full‑time, Entry level Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Follow written and verbal production work instructions. Set up and run Royonics, Contact machines. Crimp and perform mechanical operations to join or secure parts per Beckwith Standards. Connect component lead wires to printed circuit board or route and connect wires between individual component leads and other components, connectors or terminals. Identify electronic and mechanical components (e.g., resistor color codes). Prepare prep parts accordingly. Hand stuff boards and install parts correctly. Assist in the Machine Operator area as needed. Keep the manufacturing area clean of dust and debris. Assist with material handling function. Assist with Final Assembly, Test, Storckroom and Shipping functions as needed. Set up and prepare workstations. Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent. One year of experience soldering and/or electromechanical assembly of PC boards. Ability to identify electronic and mechanical components. Ability to interpret assembly blueprints and drawings. Ability to read and interpret assembly process documentation. Precision soldering to IPC‑A‑610C. Knowledge of surface mount assembly and rework may be required. Equipment/Tools
Soldering irons, desoldering station equipment, mag‑lamps, wire cutters, microscopes. Hand tools: tweezers, cutters, needle‑nose pliers, screwdrivers, wrenches. Company Overview
