Service Technician (Wichita, KS)

Full-time. Hourly Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
Must possess knowledge of repairing, servicing and maintaining electrical, hydraulic, chassis, pump systems, safety services, and body service issues related to all types of construction equipment and aerial lifts.
Perform maintenance and inspections in accordance with NFPA, OSHA, ANSI, and other manufacturer’s requirements and company security regulations.
Be willing and able to work occasional overtime, stand‑by, and unannounced call‑out situations.
Identify and coordinate repair needs with shop supervisor or supply personnel.
Maintain and safely operate company service vehicle.
Experience
Diesel engine repair: 1 year (Preferred).
Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (Preferred).
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
3 years of work experience in equipment service and repair.
Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR.
Physical Work Conditions
Noise, trip hazards, fall hazards, various chemicals such as battery acid, grease, natural degreaser, etc.
Hot, humid, or cold climates.
Working on, around, and underneath large equipment requiring squatting, kneeling, crawling, standing, etc. for extended periods.
Requires lifting parts, tools, etc. that may occasionally weigh 100 lbs.
