Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Master Mechanic role based in Dallas, Oregon. The Master Mechanic will perform day-to-day tasks such as diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing various automotive and heavy equipment systems. Responsibilities include conducting preventive maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and ensuring vehicles and equipment are safe and in optimal working condition. Collaboration with team members and delivering exceptional service to customers will be essential aspects of the role.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Maintenance & Repair processes
Strong knowledge of servicing and repairing Heavy Equipment
Ability to diagnose and resolve issues through effective Troubleshooting
Relevant certifications or licenses in automotive repair or mechanics are highly advantageous
Experience in working with a variety of vehicle makes and models
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in an on-site environment
Strong communication and organizational skills
