Job Summary
We are seeking dependable and skilled Machine Operators to support a high-volume food manufacturing facility in Rockford, OH. This role involves operating production machinery, performing quality checks, and ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient operation of the production line.
Key Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and monitor production machines (filling, labeling, packaging, etc.)
Perform quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
Assist with machine adjustments, setups, and changeovers
Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report major problems to maintenance
Maintain accurate production logs and quality documentation
Support a clean and safe work environment following all safety and food-safety policies
Work with production teams to achieve daily output goals
May use forklifts or pallet jacks to move materials (depending on role and experience)
Requirements
Previous machine operator or manufacturing experience preferred
Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new equipment
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Good communication and teamwork skills
