$22.00/hr – $28.00/hr What You’ll Do
Safely drive vehicles to test components and systems. Accurately estimate the time needed for service. Use tools and service equipment to diagnose and maintain vehicles. Perform work specified on Repair Orders efficiently. Execute repairs to manufacturer specifications and customer expectations. Communicate any issues or additional needs to Assistant Service Managers. Adhere to dealership procedures for safety and quality standards. Qualification Checklist
1+ years experience as a Ford technician or Ford certifications preferred. Broad knowledge of vehicle repair and maintenance. Basic computer skills. Able to learn new technology, repair, and service specifications. Independent starter with the ability to work well on a team. Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
