Summary Responsible for the daily inspection and/or processing functions within the VPC Department in order to ensure a quality vehicle is being shipped to the end customer on behalf of Glovis America. Responsibilities Primary Repairs mechanical and minor issues on needed vehicles.

Completes touch ups on minor scratches and/or chipped paint on needed vehicles Completes assigned tasks in a timely and accurate manner accordingly to company guidelines and standards. Enters completed defects into HMMA kiosk.

Communicates effectively with customers, supervisors, and fellow peers. Secondary Must willfully perform other tasks as instructed by leadership. Fills in for various VPC roles such as: driving, battery testing, tire pressure, throw-ins, and inspecting when needed. Other duties as assigned. Skills Prior inspection, mechanical, and/or body shop experience preferred. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Ability to repair needed issues on vehicles. Ability to record and verify numbers 17 characters in length (VIN). Ability to drive vehicles.

Education & Experience High School Diploma/G.E.D Must hold a valid state-issued driver's license without restrictions Mechanical and/or Auto Body Repair experienced preferred
