Machine Operator (Night Shift)
in
Jacksonville, Florida . Positions: Night Shift Mon‑Thu 5:00 PM‑5:00 AM, starting at $19/hr (W2). Enhanced benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), vacation, sick time, and holiday pay. Responsibilities
Operate, troubleshoot, adjust, and maintain injection molding machines and metrology equipment under general supervision. Monitor and adjust processes to improve quality and monitor new product runs. Assist with preventive maintenance, routine cleaning, and non‑routine maintenance while adhering to safety policies. Support environmental policies and comply with FDA, OSHA, GMP, ISO 9001/14001, and equipment specifications. Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment, ensuring safety procedures are followed. Perform routine cleaning and clearing of equipment. Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent. Good mechanical aptitude and technical skills. At least 2 years of maintenance or engineering experience on a high‑volume production line. Knowledge and Troubleshooting Skills
Electro/mechanical devices, safety devices, equipment installation, electro‑mechanical troubleshooting/repair, basic hand tools. Flexibility to rotate between day and night shifts. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks. Proficiency with office equipment (PC, printer, copier, Microsoft Office). Excellent written and oral communication skills. Physical Demands
Job includes stooping, crouching, walking, pulling, and light lifting (up to 25 lb), grasping, hearing, visual acuity, kneeling, reaching, pushing, talking, standing, fingering, and climbing within an air‑conditioned manufacturing environment. Benefits
