Ameristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is looking for a skilled
Maintenance Technician
to complete troubleshooting and repair of hydraulics and pneumatics. This position supports the manufacturing operations by performing preventative maintenance as well as emergency repairs. The role works first shift.
Responsibilities
Troubleshooting and repair of advanced electronics.
Troubleshooting of PLC and basic programming.
Adhere to all lock‑out tag‑out procedures.
Complete work orders via CMMS software and maintain 75% utilization.
Qualifications
Technical training and certification preferred.
Completion of Mechatronics Certification or equivalent with the following milestones: OSHA 30 general industry 30‑hour card, Automation, Robotics.
Minimum of 24 months in a Maintenance Tech Level 2 position.
Experience in troubleshooting and repair of electronics.
PLC basic programming and troubleshooting.
Training of other technicians at this level or below.
Robotics programming and troubleshooting.
Location: Tulsa, OK.
