Job Summary Operate multiple sizes and brands of heavy, aerial, water pump, and shoring equipment. Load and unload equipment safely off and onto trucks and trailers, wash equipment, check and inspect equipment for damages, perform minor repair, inspections, and preventive maintenance services. Work in all‑weather conditions, maintain excellent organization and communication skills, and act professionally and courteously with customers.
Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
A college degree or continuing education in a technical field is preferred.
Experience in construction or power equipment service and repair is a plus.
Key Competencies
Ability to operate, load, and unload multiple sizes and brands of heavy, aerial, water pump, and shoring equipment.
General technical service skills, mechanical aptitude, or experience with construction or power equipment.
Organized, self‑motivated, able to work without direct supervision and work flexible shift hours.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Some computer and software skills are required.

Physical Requirements Lifting and carrying up to 40 lb. Lift/carry, 50 lb pulling, and standing/sitting up and down stairs, standing, sitting, and climbing into machines. Dexterity normal. Repetitive motions: frequent movement requiring hands, wrists, and fingers. Noise level moderate to loud in other situations, with constant and sudden loud noises possible.
