Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostics and repairs on various vehicle makes and models.
Conduct routine maintenance services, including oil changes and tire rotations.
Utilize specialized tools and equipment to ensure high-quality repairs.
Communicate effectively with customers about repair needs and recommendations.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in automotive technology.
Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Document all services performed and parts used in the repair process.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; automotive training or certification preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an automotive technician.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
ASE certification is a plus but not mandatory.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused demeanor.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new automotive technologies.
