Full-Time About The Role
We are seeking a motivated Bindery Machine Operator to support our saddle stitching operations. While experience with Muller Martini stitcher/trimmer equipment is a plus, it is not required. We are willing to train the right candidate with strong mechanical aptitude and a desire to grow in print finishing. Key Responsibilities
Assist with the setup, operation, and maintenance of Muller Martini stitcher/trimmer equipment. Read and follow job tickets to ensure proper materials and production specifications. Monitor production quality and make basic adjustments as needed. Perform routine maintenance tasks and keep equipment and work areas clean. Work cooperatively with bindery team members to meet daily production goals. Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures. Qualifications
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn bindery equipment operation. Previous experience operating bindery equipment in a production environment. Ability to follow instructions, maintain attention to detail, and ensure quality output. Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Dependable, team-oriented, and safety-focused. Preferred (Not Required)
Experience with Muller Martini stitchers/trimmers. Prior work in a print, bindery, or manufacturing environment. What We Offer
