A Day In The Life As a Production Line Mechanic at Monster Energy, you'll be the driving force behind our high-octane production process. Your role is to maintain and repair our cutting-edge machinery and equipment, ensuring they roar to life in line with our dynamic manufacturing procedures. The Impact You'll Make
Conduct routine maintenance checks on machines and equipment used in production. Install, diagnose, analyze, maintain, modify, repair, and/or rebuild a variety of plant and facility equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance tasks, such as checking, cleaning, or repairing equipment to detect and prevent problems to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly and operate efficiently; basic electrical equipment problems such as changing fuses, buttons, and switches.
Contribute significantly to the manufacturing process by ensuring product quality, safety, and efficient operations. Commit to safety and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
Examine manufactured products and identify faults or defects. Paying attention to details and practicing analytical techniques help improve productivity.
Maintain accurate documentation for assignments, machine repairs, parts inventory, and maintenance logs.
Assist production personnel in change-overs and set-ups. Provide consultation on correct maintenance and preventative measures to machine users.
Utilize specific knowledge for a variety of skilled trades, including but not limited to production and facility machinery and equipment, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pipefitting, carpentry, utilities, etc.
Who You Are
Prefer a technical degree or license in mechanical maintenance or related field of study.
Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in performing preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repair.
Computer Skills Desired: Microsoft Office ability to modify basic reports, documents, and spreadsheets in Word and Excel.
Preferred Certifications: Electrical or mechanical engineering trade school.
Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation. This position has an annual estimated salary of $27.00 -$36.00 per hour. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
